For Shopee Customer:
1. Select [Deposit] payment is not FULL PAYMENT.
2. Customer MUST confirm "Order Received" after the status changed to "SHIPPING".
3. We will inform and request "Balance Payment" via Shopee Chat before 2 weeks of the release date.
4. Customer who fails to pay the balance payment within 2 weeks before the product release datethe stock and deposit will be forfeited.
5. Self-collection is not available only shipping is available.
6. Shipping Fee will be collected with the Balance Payment together.
7. Refunds are not possible once an order is placed, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
8. Fulfillment is considered complete even if delivered in separate batches.
9. Customer bear the risk of shipment delays associated with pre-orders.
10. Customer will not get the full quantity of the order if stock allocation occurs.
